This application can be used by employees to perform fingerprint attendance with mobile phones.The application will detect the employees work status whether WFH or WFO.If the work status is WFH, employees can make attendance from home.If the working status is WFO, employees can only make attendance from the office location with a maximum distance of 100 meters from the specified office coordinates (Parent Office, UPT, Regional Coordinator, School, Market, etc.).This application will record employee data including time, location, and selfie photos.Notification whether the presence is successful or not will be displayed on the users screen immediately after the presence is done.
Data can also be directly checked through the Presence Data menu.This application is integrated with other personnel systems such as the Employee Portal and E-Kinerja.
